Greetings, friends. Over these past days, many of my people have walked into your cities and towns, delivering countless messages and managing tough negotiations with all of you. After much work, both on my own part and yours, we have hammered out this agreement which shall bring our fine peoples into a new era of peace and prosperity. I hope dearly that this accord will be a milestone in the age to come and that others will flock to this new alliance we have formed. Without further ado, I give you the paper we have worked so hard to create.

The Tranquil Accord
We, the peoples of the Tranquil Sea and surrounding areas, have seen a dire need for unity in these trying times. We have come together to form this union devoted to the wants and needs of each of us. May the following conditions and guidelines be honored by all participants and allowed to shape a world of great fairness and prosperity in the eastern world.
All Parties have agreed to take what actions are reasonably possible to aid the others during a defensive war, to take what actions are reasonably possible to avoid war of any sort, to foster an attitude of friendship to other parties, to support other parties with materials and services so long as said materials and services are not too costly a sacrifice to make a gift of, to maintain a degree of reverence in rehard to the other parties' religious views, to acknowledge Mycelyix as a power equal to - if not included within - the divine pantheon, and to honor all documents and decrees created by other parties.
Tranquility has agreed to aid all other parties in actions taken to avoid war with outside nations. Tranquility declares that all non-Akwhales shall not attempt to search for or approach Oceanus, that Akwhales may not reveal its location to those not of the faith, and that the entirety of the Tranquil Sea is their own, this claim being recognized by those peoples of this accord.
Whitecrest declares all land within a kilometer of Whitecrest's borders their own, this claim being recognized by those peoples of this accord.
Afflicted has agreed to accept visitors from other parties bearing official passports made by other parties, provided these visitors provide adequate reasoning for their visit. Afflicted declares the entirety of Syzar's isle their own, this claim being recognized by those peoples of this accord.
Thyvor declares the entirety of the peninsula upon which Thyvor sits their own, this claim being recognized by those peoples of this accord.
